Fernando Iñiquez

About the Artist:

Fernando was born in a small town of Mexticacán in the area of Los Altos de Jalisco, Mexico. Since a very young age, he enjoyed drawing, which later led him to develop a great interest in learning about the art of painting. At 17, he moved to the city to study veterinary medicine at the University of Guadalajara. During his student years, he looked for opportunities to meet some artists with whom he had long conversations while observing them work on their pieces. That was his source of knowledge about oil painting techniques.

Over the years his works have been sold to clients all over México and the United States.

In 2024, he moved to Chapala, where he has restarted his artistic activity. He is pleased to participate with the Chapala Fine Artists Guild, with whom he hopes to share memorable experiences.
